About Us

The photographs from a project often become its public identity.

They introduce your work to future clients, support award submissions, earn publication, strengthen your portfolio, and continue representing your firm long after construction is complete.

Our responsibility is to create photographs that represent that work honestly and beautifully.

Our Team

Our three architectural photographers work from Salt Lake City and San Francisco, photographing architecture, interiors, and commercial spaces across the West. Every project is a studio project — but these are the people behind the camera.

A man with short dark hair, blue eyes, and a beard smiling outdoors, wearing a navy blue cap, a beige t-shirt, and a camera hanging from his neck, with a tattooed arm and a black watch.

Nicholas Swan

Nicholas has photographed architecture and interiors for more than a decade. He founded Salt Lake Architectural Photography to create images that help architects, designers, builders, and manufacturers present their work with clarity and confidence.

How we Work

Every project starts with a conversation and a scoped quote — usually back to you within two business days. From there: we plan the shoot around the building's best hours, show up prepared, stay out of the way, and deliver licensed, color-accurate images within two weeks. Our goal is simple: clear communication, efficient scheduling, and reliable delivery.

We are fully-insured and happy to provide certificates upon request.

Tell Us About Your Project

A new building, a renovation, an interior that finally looks the way it was designed — we'd like to see it. Send the basics and we'll come back with a scoped quote within two business days.
